Final Presentation
Course Objectives: Basic Design is an interdisciplinary 2-D/3-D course intended to prepare you to understand and apply design principles for the purpose of visually communication as well as to strengthen your creative problem solving and professional skills. Research, problem-solving skills, craft, professionalism and being articulate by using proper design vocabulary are all important to the success in this course.
Thesis: In the beginning of this class I was a little intimidated. I was lost with my first few projects and never started to fully understand the class until the last project. Through the use of my sketchbook and fellow designers the variety of my work has been pushed to its limits. Through all my work you will see interdisciplinary style with a focus on geometric shapes while enhancing the variety with organic shapes. All mediums in the first 3 challenges can be seen in challenge 4.
Challenge #3
Relevance: Photography is the medium we used to create a visual movement with 8 Distinctive hues. This challenge has taught me how to blend color and be successful a photographers. In the final project I used color theory and photography.

In the final challenge I used paper to collage.
